Mind the Gap: The Justice Gap of Criminal Juvenile Rights and Obligations 

The Criminal and Juvenile Justice Clinic and the Illinois Judicial Council present “Mind the Gap,” a symposium on the justice gap between current juvenile rights in criminal and juvenile courts and our obligations to juveniles as a society at large. We hope to facilitate conversations about what the criminal justice system does to our youth, what we owe our youth, how we can work toward a better system within legal, mental health, educational, and broader communities.
