Many Chicago neighborhoods, from Woodlawn to Logan Square, face rising housing prices that threaten to displace long-term residents. What tools exist to help gentrifying neighborhoods maintain a healthy level of long term affordable housing? This session explores two such tools, the limited equity housing co-operative and the community land trust.
