Please join us for The University of Chicago Law School's Center on Law and Finance online stakeholder governance workshop: "Can Business Law Do More to Advance Social Goals?" This event will be held on Friday, September 25 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm CDT.

There will be two panels:
Panel 1: Dual-Purpose Start-Ups and Corporate Governance will include Emilie Aguirre, The University of Chicago Law School with discussant Robert Bartlett, University of California, Berkeley School of Law.

Panel 2: Countercyclical Corporate Governance will include Aneil Kovvali, The University of Chicago Law School with discussant Yair Listokin, Yale Law School.

This free event will be moderated by Tony Casey, Faculty Director of the Center on Law and Finance.
