Join Law of the Land on Wednesday, January 30 to learn about the dispute over the Obama Presidential library's Jackson Park location. This fall, Protect Our Parks filed a lawsuit arguing that the public trust doctrine prevents the city from permitting the construction of the presidential center on the lakefront.
