"Keeping My Oath: Judge Beverly Martin on the Necessary Role of the Courts in Administering Justice"

Judge Beverly Martin serves as U.S. Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  Prior to her appointment in 2010, Judge Martin served as Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and as U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia.  She received her B.A. from Stetson University and her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.
