Cass Sunstein was Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs from 2009-2012, prior to which he was Karl N. Llewellyn Distinguished Service Professor of Jurisprudence at the University of Chicago Law School. He is currently Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School.
