Office of the Dean of Students Event Funding Request Form

The Office of the Dean of Students has limited funding available to Law School Student Organizations seeking assistance for a program or event.  Except in very limited instances, all of the following criteria must be met to be considered for additional funding from the Office of the Dean of Students: 

1) Law School Student Organizations should have exhausted all other funding options prior to coming to the Office of the Dean of Students for funding assistance or have a compelling explanation for why the organization is not able to pursue other funding options;

2) The program must be consistent with Law School and University policies;  

3) The event should be open to all students, faculty, and staff; and

4) Requests for assistance should be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event.

In very limited circumstances, the Office of the Dean of Students may waive one or more of these criteria.
