Legal Scholarship Workshop
The Legal Scholarship Workshop is a forum in which young untenured professors from schools around the country present works in progress. The goals is to provide our visitors with meaningful substantive and stylistic feedback and along the way educate ourselves about what makes a sucessful paper topic, paper, and presentation. Content is drawn from all areas of the law. This year topics included pleading standards, stare decisis, polygamy, copyright, international courts, torts and more. The workshop is open to all students and fellows from the University and to other faculty with the permission of the instructor.
