The China Law Society is a student group dedicated to studying and discussing legal issues related to China. Topics of interest range from the evolution of China's legal system and the opportunities for and challenges of a China-focused practice, to the implications of China's rise for legal professionals more generally.
Throughout the year, the China Law Society hosts lunches and other events aimed at both students with a background in Chinese studies and those who are interested in learning more for the first time. This year, the China Law Society is proud to host a lunch series on Corporate Governance in China.
