How do I register?

Registration is now closed. Please visit the walk-in registration table upon arrival to Reunion events.

Can I attend if I do not pre-register?

We can accept walk-in attendees on a space-available basis, but we strongly encourage advance registration by the deadline so that we may better accommodate you.

Please note: any special meal requests must be made before the final registration deadline. Our ability to honor on-site special requests is very limited.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Please visit the registration table at each event to check-in and receive Reunion Weekend information. 

Where should I stay?

The Law School has arranged for blocks of rooms to be held, at a discounted rate, at three downtown hotels; additionally, the University of Chicago has partnered with several hotels in the Chicago area to offer discounted rates to alumni. Please see our logistics and lodging page for more information.

What should I wear?

The recommended attire for events is business casual. However, please consult the forecast—as you know, Chicago’s spring weather is unpredictable!

What if I have dietary restrictions or special needs?

Can I bring my family?

Children are welcome to attend Saturday activities at the Law School. The Picnic Lunch will include a face painter as well as additional games and activities. Children 12 and under receive a discounted rate at Saturday breakfast and lunch.

Are there childcare options available?

If you are bringing your family for a weekend of fun in Chicago, child care services are available from a number of local providers, including American Child Care (312.644.7300 or

Will there be transportation to the Law School on Saturday?

There will be shuttle service from the Gleacher Center to the Law School in the morning and from the Law School to the Gleacher Center in the afternoon. The Gleacher Center is located in Chicago's downtown, just off the Magnificent Mile.

Complimentary parking will be available in the lot behind the Law School on Saturday.

Will I have a chance to purchase UChicago Law merchandise? 

UChicago Law memorabilia will be on sale Saturday at the Law School courtesy of the Chicago Law Foundation. (Check out CLF’s online store here.) 

The University bookstore will also be open on Friday and Saturday.

Can I see who else is attending Reunion Weekend?

Yes! A list of attendees will be available online via individual class pages.
