Shahid Buttar will come to the law school on Monday, April 4, for a lunch time discussion on the role of the law in social change.   Mr. Buttar, who graduated from Stanford Law School in 2003, is a civil rights lawyer and grassroots community organizer.  He will speak on how local campaigns can affect law and policy, and specifically how law students can help empower the movements in which they are a part.
