Guest Presenter Wendy Netter Epstein will discuss the best practices for written discovery in complex litigation.  This will include an introduction to various discovery documents and tips on drafting and responding to interrogatories, document requests, and requests for admission.  Ms. Epstein is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago specializing in complex commercial litigation.
