Henderson Article Named One of Top Ten Corporate and Securities Articles of 2014
An article co-authored by M. Todd Henderson, Michael J. Marks Professor of Law and Aaron Director Teaching Scholar at the University of Chicago Law School, was named one of the top 10 Corporate and Securities articles of 2014. In the 21st annual poll by Corporate Practice Commentator, teachers in corporate and securities law were asked to select the best corporate and securities articles from a list of articles published and indexed in legal journals during 2014. More than 525 articles were on this year’s list.
