US Supreme Court Rules On Contraception Coverage And Unions

On Monday the Supreme Court ruled in favor of three family-owned businesses Monday, saying they can refuse to pay for certain forms of contraception that they find morally repugnant. The court also ruled that personal home-care employees in Illinois cannot be forced to pay union dues.

Patti Vasquez talked about the rulings with Dr. William Baude from the University of Chicago Law School.
