Pro Bono Training: Protect the Right to Vote!

Voters across the country will encounter problems and questions trying to vote in this year's primary elections, including here in Illinois. Chicago Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Election Protection, the nation's largest nonpartisan voter protection coalition, are gearing up to help hundreds of thousand of Americans vote this March and November.

But we need your help!

What: Volunteers are needed to help protect voting rights by assisting voters on-site as a legal field volunteer to monitor polling places in Chicago and several suburban counties.

Who: You must be registered to vote in Illinois to serve as a field volunteer, and it is not too late to register if you are eligible.

When: Shifts on March 20th in Chicago and suburbs. Volunteers must complete the February 28th training in advance.

How: Sign up for volunteer shifts at the February 28th training.

Co-sponsored by the Pro Bono Board and the Electoral Reform Society
