2L James Tierney will discuss a forthcoming book chapter he co-authored with Professor Roger Alford at Pepperdine Law, arguing that cognitive moral reasoning processes are crucial for understanding whether and how people talk about compliance with international law.  The chapter will be published in the upcoming "The Role of Ethics in International Law."
