Video footage of the Supreme Court taken during an oral argument has been posted online despite security measures and strict rules against cameras within the courtroom. Geoffrey Stone, a University of Chicago law professor who clerked for Supreme Court Justice William Brennan, joins Consider This host Antonio Mora to discuss whether the highest court in the country should be filmed during proceedings.
