Leadership Announcements Position Company To Deliver On New Omnichannel Engagement Market; Aligns Customer Experience To New Executive Position
SAN FRANCISCO – November 24, 2015 — Genesys (www.genesys.com), the market leader in omnichannel customer experience (CX) and contact center solutions, today announced that Executive Vice President of Sales, Services and Support, Tom Eggemeier has been promoted to President of Genesys.
In this new position, Eggemeier will be charged with the broad responsibilities of leading all of the customer-facing activities for the company across the globe. The role is chartered with delivering on all of the company’s commercial opportunities, as well as presenting a unified, best-in-class customer experience to Genesys customers and partners worldwide.
