Bryan Lowrance, ’15, Joins Hogan Lovells as Partner in Boston M&A Practice

Hogan Lovells adds M&A partner Bryan Lowrance to Boston office

Global law firm Hogan Lovells announced today that Bryan Lowrance has joined as a partner in our M&A practice area based in our Boston office.

He joins from Ropes & Gray.

Lowrance has a wide range of experience in mergers, stock purchases, asset purchases, carve-out and spin-off transactions, with experience in both public and private target M&A on the buy-side and the sell-side. While his work is largely concentrated in the Life Sciences & Health Care sector, he also has experience in medical devices and pharmaceutics, semiconductors, insurance, and public utilities. He also regularly advises clients on shareholder activism defense. He served as the co-lead for the shareholder activism defense practice at Ropes & Gray. Prior to his time there, Lowrance worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
