Marcy Phillips

Lecturer in Law and Staff Attorney, The Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights

Marcy Phillips is a Staff Attorney at the Young Center for Immigration Children's Rights. Before joining the Young Center, Marcy worked as an Assistant Public Defender with the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Massachusetts, and as a clinical instructor at the University of Wisconsin Law School's Consumer Law Litigation Clinic. After graduating from Stanford Law School, where she was a Public Service Fellow, Marcy clerked for a federal district judge in the 9th Circuit. Marcy has served as an Advocate for children from Somalia and Bangladesh.
