Building a tradition of convening the brightest minds and most significant voices in constitutional law to share and debate constitutional law issues, this event brings together constitutional law scholars from across the country each spring. The conference will feature robust debates and discussions on various constitutional law topics, with the theme alternating yearly between “Individual Rights” and “Structure.” This is the second annual constitutional law conference and will focus on constitutional structure issues such as separation of powers and federalism.
