International and Comparative Law Workshop

This workshop offers students the opportunity to read and respond to cutting-edge research in the field of international and comparative law. It consists of four workshops with invited speakers- two on international law and two on comparative constitutional law. Assessment for the workshop will be based on four response papers (each 5 double-spaced pages in length) setting out and explaining potential questions raised by the workshop papers.
