American Legal History Workshop

The American Legal History Workshop examines issues arising at the intersection of U.S. law and history from the colonial period to the present. Workshop sessions are devoted to the presentation and discussion of papers by members of the faculty of the University of Chicago and other institutions.

The Workshop has been consolidated for the 2009-10 academic year into the Public Law and Legal Theory Workshop.
