Geoffrey R. Stone, a constitutional law professor at the University of Chicago Law School, will be speaking at the University of California, San Diego Monday at 6 p.m.

He will give the DeWitt Higgs Memorial Lecture in the East Ballroom of the Price Center at UCSD. California Western School of Law is a co-presenter of the event, and the public is invited to attend.
