International Law Society

Currently Active

Almost every area of law is affected by the globalization of world economies. International Law Society (ILS) is an organization for students interested in the many facets of public and private international law and cross-border transactions. ILS has a strong speakers program, bringing in a variety of specialists, including academics, attorneys, and government officials. ILS takes an active role in the LL.M. program, encouraging debate and networking by hosting quarterly J.D./ LL.M. mixers. ILS also provides advice and assistance to students seeking work experiences in the international arena. So, whether you are interested in practicing international law, staying on top of international issues, or making friends with professionals and students from around the world, ILS has something for you.
