Organization's mission:

Legal Prep is a free, legal-themed, college preparatory high school in West Garfield Park, an under-resourced Chicago community.  Legal Prep provides west side students with the option for a high-quality education that will put them on the path to college success.

Over the course of the semester‐long program, the students and volunteers will work through a series of structured lessons and activities which will provide the students with a basic understanding of legal reasoning skills as well as unparalleled experiences and exposures to legal professionals.

Legal Prep freshman and sophomores will participate in this program and learn negotiations skills through a series of structured lessons and activities that will emphasize critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills and allow the students and volunteers to build a strong rapport and good mentor‐mentee relationship.
