Peter Altabef, '83, Named President and CEO of Unisys Corporation

Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) announced today that it has named Peter A. Altabef as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2015. At that time, Altabef, 55, also will join the Company's board of directors. Altabef comes to Unisys with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the IT industry and has a proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve strong financial performance.

Altabef served as President and CEO of Perot Systems Corporation and MICROS Systems, Inc., and led both to double-digit revenue growth and increased profits. He also served as President of Dell Services, the business and IT services unit of Dell Inc.
