The University of Chicago Law School is proud to present the Fifth Annual Chicago's Best Ideas series. On Thursday, November 16, 2006,Bernard Harcourt, Professor of Law and Faculty Director of Academic Affairs, will speak on "Against Prediction: Punishing in an Actuarial Age."
