UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE CRIMINAL DIVISION, PUBLIC INTEGRITY SECTION, Washington, DC (1997-2000)
Trial Attorney   Investigated and prosecuted complex white collar criminal cases committed by federal, state, and local public officials including perjury, obstruction of justice, bribery and gratuities, criminal conflicts of interest, theft from the government, and mail and wire fraud.

Special Assistant United States Attorney   Handled an extensive caseload of over 200 misdemeanor cases, argued pre-trial motions and tried over thirty cases involving drug distribution and possession, prostitution, destruction of property, and assault.
