Alumni Summer Matching Program Participation Form

Please complete all of the information below no later than August 10, 2010 to participate in our Alumni Summer Matching Program. Your alumni match will be asked to contact you at the email address you provide below in late August. If you will be in a location where it is difficult to place you with an alumni match, we may match you with an alum in Chicago so that you can get in contact once you arrive in Chicago prior to the beginning of classes.
