In 2015, she received the Northwestern Law Student Bar Association Staff Appreciation Award.

Previously, Ms. Bartlett served as the University of Chicago Law School's Associate Director of Student Affairs from 2010 to 2013. During that time, she worked closely with individual students and student organizations on programming and counseling. She also worked on the development and implementation of the Keystone and Winter Wellness programs, and worked on many of the events managed by the Dean of Students Office.

Ms. Bartlett received her JD summa cum laude from DePaul University School of Law, her MA in Jurisprudence and Social Policy from the University of California at Berkeley, and her BA in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. She practiced complex civil litigation at Jenner & Block and Valorem Law Group and served as a legal fellow at the ACLU prior to entering academic administration.
