Supreme Court Appoints Adam Mortara To Argue Constitutional Issue In Sentencing Case

United States, a case presenting the question of whether the United States Sentencing Guidelines can be unconstitutionally vague and therefore subject to challenge in collateral review of a federal prisoner’s sentence.  Adam has taught Federal Habeas Corpus at the University of Chicago since 2007 and been appointed three times by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals to argue other habeas corpus and § 2255 appeals, most recently to the en banc court in Wilson v. Warden.
