David Strauss Previews New SCOTUS Term on C-SPAN

Constitutional Law Scholars Preview Supreme Court Term

The American Constitution Society for Law and Policy hosts a panel discussion on the upcoming Supreme Court term, which begins in early October. Law professors and practicing lawyers look at key issues the court will address through this term's cases.

Cases this term include questions about Affirmative Action, campaign finance and immigration.

Pamela Harris, a visiting Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center, moderates the discussion between Randy Barnett, Carmack Waterhouse Professor of Legal Theory at Georgetown University Law Center and the Director of the Georgetown Center for the Constitution; Joshua Civin, Counsel to the Director of Litigation at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc.; Andrew Pincus, Partner at Mayer Brown LLP and Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Yale Law School Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic; and David Strauss, Gerald Ratner Distinguished Service Professor of Law at University of Chicago Law School and the editor of Supreme Court Review.
