Alison Siegler of the Mandel Legal Aid Clinic's Federal Criminal Justice Clinic [filed an amicus brief in] U.S. v. Anthony Davila in front of the Supreme Court Monday. The case involved a judge breaking from neutrality by pressuring a defendant to plead guilty. Siegler explains why this case is important.
