Request for Special Accommodations

Candidates who need special accommodations (early access, special seating, special parking, etc.) for themselves or their guests and candidates who need special arrangements for religious reasons should contact the Convocation Coordinator in the Office of Special Events by Friday, May 31, 2013.  Please telephone (773)702-2513 or e-mail convocation@uchicago.edu. In your message, please clearly indicate whether your needs are for the 515th Convocation on Saturday morning, the Law School’s Diploma & Hooding Ceremony, or both. 

Please note: The University does not provide wheelchairs.  Individuals are responsible for bringing their own.  Please confer with your guests in advance about any special needs to avoid having wheelchair-bound guests arrive without wheelchair-accessible seating available.
