If you anticipate having an elderly guest or a guest with mobility concerns or with additional special needs, the University can provide special seating or other accommodations (early access, special seating, special parking access, etc.). If you need to request special accommodations for the University Ceremony, please contact the Office of Special Events at (773) 702-2513 or via email at ose-convocation@uchicago.edu before Friday, May 20, 2011.  You also may submit a request for accommodations online at https://udarchicago.wufoo.com/forms/507th-convocation-accommodation-request-form/.

Please note: The University does not provide wheelchairs. Individuals are responsible for bringing their own.
