Jajah Wu

Xiaorong Jajah Wu is the Immigrant Child Rights Fellow and Staff Attorney at the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights at the University of Chicago.

After graduating from the University of Chicago Law School in 2010, she worked as a PILI Fellow at the Young Center before joining Schiff Hardin, LLP, where she practiced in the areas of environmental and general litigation and devoted substantial time to pro bono cases related to child custody and immigration.  At the University of Chicago Law School, Ms. Wu was a Child Advocate and research intern at the Young Center.  She also participated in running the Law and Gender and Law and Economics conferences as research assistant for Ernst Freund Distinguished Service Professor of Law and Ethics Martha Nussbaum.
