Uli Widmaier is a partner at Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson, where he practices intellectual property litigation and counseling involving trademark, copyright and unfair competition law, with a focus on e-commerce and Internet issues. He writes and lectures widely on intellectual property matters, and is co-author of Trademarks of Unfair Competition (7th ed, 2008).
