Uli Widmaier

Uli Widmaier is a partner at Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson, where he practices intellectual property litigation and counseling involving trademark, copyright and unfair competition law. He writes and lectures widely on intellectual property matters, and is co-author of law school textbook Trademarks of Unfair Competition (9th ed, 2012).
