Keith Villmow

Mr. Villmow received a bachelor's degree in economics from Swarthmore College in 1979.  He attended the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, where he recevied a Masters in Business Administration in 1983, and he attended the Stanford Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1993 and was selected a member of Order of the Coif. Mr.  Villmow joined Kirkland & Ellis LLP in 1993 and was named a partner in 1999.  Mr. Villmow's practice concentrates on tax aspects of complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, buyouts, recapitalizations, debt and equity restructurings, and executive compensation.    

 

Mr. Villmow lives in Glen Ellyn with his wife, Mary, and their children, Grace and Erin.
