Matthew Tokson
Matthew Tokson earned his AB cum laude in government from Dartmouth College in 2002. In 2008 he graduated with high honors from the Law School, where he served as the Executive Articles & Book Review Editor of the Law Review. After graduating from law school, he clerked for Judge A. Raymond Randolph of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit before joining the Law School as the 2009-2010 Kauffman Fellow.
Mr. Tokson's research and teaching interests include privacy law, tort law, intellectual property, law and technology, law and behavioral economics, federal jurisdiction, and legal theory.
