Julie Suk

Julie Suk earned an AB summa cum laude from Harvard University in English and French literature in 1997, and her JD from Yale in 2003. She earned a DPhil in Politics from Oxford in 2004. She clerked for Judge Harry T. Edwards on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit in 2003–04 and joined the faculty of Cardozo Law School–Yeshiva University in 2005. She has held fellowships at Princeton University's Program in Law and Public Affairs (2004–05) and at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies at the European University Institute in Florence (2008–09).

Her research focuses on comparative law and public policy, especially employment law, antidiscrimination law, the relationship between litigation and regulation, social policy in European countries and the European Union, and the relationship between law and the social welfare state.
