James Rosenbloom

James Rosenbloom received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his J.D. degree from the University of Chicago Law School. After graduating from the Law School, he clerked for the Hon. Bernard M. Decker (deceased). He is a founding partner of Goldberg, Kohn, Bell, Black, Rosenbloom & Moritz, Ltd. where he has concentrated his professional practice in the area of real estate and commercial finance. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He will be teaching fundamentals of commercial real estate transactions of the Law School.
