James Rosenbloom received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his J.D. degree from the University of Chicago Law School. After graduating from the Law School, he clerked for the Hon. Bernard M. Decker (deceased) in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a founding principal of Goldberg Kohn Ltd. where he has concentrated his professional practice in the area of real estate and commercial finance. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He has been a Lecturer in Law at the Law School since 1995 teaching Real Estate Transactions and currently a course in Commercial Real Estate Finance.
