Richard F. Friedman

Richard F. Friedman is a member of the managing group at the law firm of Neal & Leroy, LLC, Chicago. There he practices in the area of land use, eminent domain, municipal law and litigation. Mr. Friedman has taught seminars on land use and historic preservation law at the Law School and teaches historic preservation law in the masters degree program in historic preservation at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He is a board member and past general counsel at Landmarks Illinois.
