Caroline Paranikas

Caroline Paranikas graduated from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), France, magna cum laude with a Magistère-DJCE in corporate and tax law. She then attended Harvard Law School, receiving her LL.M. cum laude in 1997. She was the recipient of the Arthur Sachs scholarship. After law school, Caroline worked as a visiting attorney in the corporate department of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York. She then moved to Kirkland & Ellis LLP and she practiced in the corporate and asset finance departments in London and Chicago. She became a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in 2008. In November 2010, she joined Axiom as an attorney in the Chicago office. She is admitted to the Paris, New York and Illinois bars.

Caroline's teaching interests include corporations, comparative law and French civil law.
