Anthony Niblett
Anthony Niblett graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2002 with degrees in economics and law. He earned his PhD in economics from Harvard University in 2009. His dissertation provided empirical investigations of inconsistent enforcement of contracts, citation discretion in written judicial opinions, and the convergence of a legal rule. While at Harvard, he served as a Teaching Fellow in microeconomics, law and economics, political economics, and social economics.
His research interests include law and economics, contracts, and judicial behavior.
