Adam I. Muchmore

Adam Muchmore received his JD from Yale Law School in 2003, where he was Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of International Law.  Following his graduation, he served as a law clerk to Judge Karen Nelson Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and Judge Keith P. Ellison of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.  From 2005 to 2008, he worked as a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Sidley Austin LLP, where he focused his practice on the life sciences industry.

His research focuses on the intersection of administrative law (especially food and drug regulation) and international conflict of laws.  His other teaching interests include civil procedure, criminal law, and international business transactions.
