Seth McNary

D. Seth McNary is Director of Orrick's Global Corporate Secretary Service. Prior to joining Orrick, Seth was Chief of Staff within the General Counsel's office of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young where he was responsible for the operational performance of the Americas legal team and oversight of corporate law functions, including corporate maintenance and filings. He was a member of numerous law management committees including the Steering Committee of the department.
