Ryan Long
Ryan Long is the Law and Philosophy Fellow for 2011-2012. He received his B.A. from Macalester College where he was awarded the Philosophy Department's Thomas Hill Prize for outstanding work in philosophy. He received his Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Chicago. His areas of specialization are in moral and political philosophy. Long's teaching and research interests include egalitarian theory, moral responsibility, global justice, philosophy of religion, and public reason. Beginning in 2012 he will be Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Philadelphia University.
