Youngjae Lee

Youngjae Lee is an Associate Professor at Fordham University School of Law.  He joined the Fordham faculty in 2005 from NYU School of Law, where he was an Alexander Fellow.  He graduated with high honors from Swarthmore College in 1995, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and majored in philosophy with a minor in economics.  He was a Fulbright Scholar at Seoul National University's Philosophy Department in 1995-1996.  He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1999, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review and a recipient of the Heyman Fellowship.  He served as a law clerk to Judge Judith W. Rogers of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and has worked as an attorney in the Federal Programs Branch of the Civil Division in the U.S. Department of Justice and at Jenner & Block in Washington, DC.

Mr. Lee’s teaching and research interests include criminal law, criminal law theory, international criminal law, and torts.
