Steven Horowitz
Steven J. Horowitz is an associate in the intellectual property litigation group at Sidley Austin LLP.
Mr. Horowitz served as a law clerk to Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the United States Supreme Court and Judge Richard A. Posner of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was awarded the Fay Diploma for graduating first in his class, the Sears Prize, and the Irving Oberman Memorial Award in Intellectual Property (twice). Mr. Horowitz also served as an Articles Editor for the Harvard Law Review.
Mr. Horowitz’s primary research interests include intellectual property (especially copyright), trusts and estates, and property.
