Adam Hoeflich represents major U.S. and international companies in mass torts, purported class actions, and a range of other complex commercial matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Mr. Hoeflich has been lead or national counsel in several high-profile multijurisdictional matters and has appeared before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on multiple occasions. His accomplishments have been recognized by a number of legal publications and lists of top lawyers. After graduating first in his class from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was Articles Editor of the Law Review, Mr. Hoeflich clerked for Hon. Thomas J. Meskill on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Hon. Milton I. Shadur on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Hoeflich joined Bartlit Beck in 1994 and became a partner in 1997.
